Job description:
We need an experienced liaison, HR compliance and legal officer for our textile and denim factories in Gujarat.

Work:

• GPCB consents (CTE/CCA), ETP compliance and notice replies

• Factory licence, DISH inspections and safety compliance

• PF, ESIC, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity and other labour law compliance

• Contract labour licences (CLRA), statutory registers and labour returns

• Civil cases: property, contract and recovery matters

• Criminal cases: theft, fraud, cheque bounce (Section 138), police complaints and FIRs

• Labour court cases, legal notices and coordination with advocates

• Fire NOC, electricity (DISCOM), panchayat and Collector work

• Government subsidies and incentives through DIC

• Keeping records of all licences, renewals, HR compliances and court cases

Must have:

• At least 5 years of factory compliance experience with GPCB, DISH, Labour and PF/ESIC

• Practical experience in civil and criminal cases and police matters

• Fluent Gujarati

• Honest and able to work independently

Preferred: LLB, textile, dyeing or chemical industry experience, own vehicle.
