Key Responsibilities will include:
As a Legal Executive, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end legal resolution in B2B commercial matters, including:
· Legal Research & Strategy
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective litigation, ADR, negotiation, or settlement strategies.
· Drafting & Documentation
Draft, review, and vet legal notices, commercial agreements, complaints, and related legal documents across commercial, regulatory, and statutory matters.
· Procedural Compliance & Filings
Handle filings and procedural requirements under Commercial Laws, Company Laws, IBC, NCLT, RBI, SEBI, Tax Laws, FEMA, ROC, MCA, and related authorities.
· Case & Deadline Management
Manage multiple matters simultaneously, ensuring timely filings, hearings, and strict procedural compliance.
· Client Advisory, Negotiation & Resolution Support
Act as the primary client contact, provide legal opinions, actively participate in negotiations, mediation, conciliation, and arbitration proceedings, and ensure systematic documentation and resolution management.
· Technical & Research Tools
Use MS Office, Excel, legal databases, and internal systems for legal research, drafting, negotiation documentation, and case management.
