Key Responsibilities
1. Case Analysis & Legal Research
· Conduct deep-dive research into complex B2B domestic and International business and trade disputes under the guidance of senior team members.
· Analyze case files to map out financial defaults, contractual breaches, and statutory touchpoints.
· Stay updated on and research procedural developments under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
2. Notice Drafting & Legal Documentation
· Draft initial cuts of high-impact Demand Notices, Criminal Notices, and Police Complaints and other complaints with MSME’s with technical and legal precision. Communicate with relevant authorities for further understanding of the change in procedures and follow ups for the same.
· Review and organize key evidentiary documents, including B2B contracts, ledgers, signed acknowledgments, and GSTIN-compliant invoices.
· Ensure absolute consistency in calculating interest rates, outstanding dues, and tracking RTGS transaction trails.
3. Arbitration, Conciliation & Case Management
· Assist in the end-to-end management of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes, focusing on commercial arbitration and conciliation frameworks.
· Maintain accurate litigation and arbitration calendars, tracking court deadlines, filing timelines, and hearing dates.
· Draft detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for internal strategy sessions and external client alignments.
4. Client Management & Exposure
· Act as a reliable point of contact for case tracking, providing regular updates to corporate clients under senior supervision.
· Coordinate the collection of necessary evidence and documentation directly from corporate client teams (Logistics, Finance, Fintech departments).

Education: Final year LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. students (for Internship) or recent LL.B. / LL.M. graduates (for Executive role). Bar Council enrollment is a major plus for the Executive position.
Core Legal & Corporate Laws:
Deep foundational understanding of Company Law, Commercial Laws, and the Indian Contract Act.
Strong grasp of Commercial and Company Contracts, including the lifecycle of drafting, reviewing, and identifying liabilities.
Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC / NCLT):
Familiarity with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) Laws and NCLT Laws and procedures.
Understanding of NeSL (National E-Governance Services Limited) data, default authentications, and record-pulling for NCLT filings.
Dispute Resolution & ADR Frameworks:
Sound knowledge of Arbitration and Conciliation Laws and Mediation frameworks.
Hands-on capability in Mediation and Conciliation Case Management, tracking proceedings, and keeping timelines organized.
Familiarity with the core tenets of civil/criminal recovery, the Commercial Courts Act, and the new criminal laws (BNS / BNSS).
Drafting & Operational Execution:
Advanced Drafting skills for initial cuts of notices, petitions, replies, applications, and detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
Proficiency in MS Word (for formatting complex legal text, tables, and pleadings) and MS Excel (for tracking case lists, managing financial ledgers, and organizing data).
B2B Familiarity & Client Management:
Client Management Skills: Ability to professionally interface with direct corporate clients, gathering case evidence and providing accurate status updates.
Comfort handling commercial financial documents, tracking bank transaction trails (RTGS / NEFT / IMPS), and decoding corporate invoice structures.
Soft Skills & Research:
Excellent Legal Research capabilities using platforms like SCC Online, Manupatra, or similar databases to build strong case briefs.
Strong baseline Negotiation skills with an understanding of how to protect corporate interests during pre-litigation discussions.
Exceptional command of written and spoken legal English, meticulous attention to detail, and a structured approach to case management.
