Job Summary:
The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing statutory filings, monitoring regulatory updates, mitigating legal risks, and supporting the management team with legal and compliance advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a proper record of all legal and compliance-related documents.
Ensure standardization of legal documentation across departments.
Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
Develop, implement, and periodically review internal policies to ensure legal soundness.
Ensure adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct, ethics, and governance standards.
Liaise with government departments, regulators, and statutory authorities as necessary.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, notices, or hearings when required.
Access govt. websites & download drafting all the necessary documents.

Qualification & Experience:
Education: Graduate preferred.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in back office legal and compliance functions (corporate, manufacturing industry preferred).
