Identify legal risks in property transactions and advise management.
Safeguard company assets by ensuring clear and marketable titles.
Contract Negotiations
Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and partners to protect company interests.
Draft termination, amendment, and settlement agreements when required.
Dispute Resolution
Manage arbitration, mediation, and out-of-court settlements.
Provide legal support in customer grievance resolution.
Corporate Legal Support
Assist in company secretarial compliance (if required).
Support management with board resolutions, notices, and other legal documentation.
Advisory Role
Provide legal advice to management and internal teams on real estate projects.
