Legal Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive located in Surat, Gujrat. A Legal Executive with experience in the SARFAESI Act and Arbitration Act will be responsible for managing legal matters related to loan recovery, dispute resolution, and other legal proceedings. They will draft and review legal documents, provide legal advice, and represent the company in legal forums.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law, Sarfaesi and , Arbitration Act

• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Advice

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field

• Experience in corporate law and financial advisory is a plus

• It is a Full Time Legal job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
