Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Associate / Tax Litigation Executive to join our team at Tax Avtaar to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. who can handle tax-related legal matters and represent cases efficiently. The candidate should be comfortable working with income tax cases, appeals, and regulatory processes.This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹9,000 - ₹12,000 along with professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle tax-related cases including income tax assessments and disputes

· Represent or assist in court proceedings and legal filings

· Manage work related to IEPF (Investor Education and Protection Fund) claims and processes

· Draft legal documents, replies, and case summaries

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Requirements:
