Role Summary
The Legal Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Company's Legal Counsel by coordinating litigation matters, maintaining legal records, attending court proceedings, managing legal documentation, and ensuring effective communication between the Legal Counsel, the Director, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Coordination
Coordinate with the Company's Legal Counsel on all ongoing legal matters and court cases.
Ensure timely sharing of case updates, hearing schedules, and legal documents.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Company, Legal Counsel, and external stakeholders.
Litigation Support
Attend court hearings with the Company's Legal Counsel to observe proceedings and assist as required.
Maintain a tracker of hearing dates, case status, and next course of action.
Follow up with the Legal Counsel on pending matters and required documentation. Documentation & Record Management
Maintain and organize legal files, case records, agreements, notices, and court documents.
Assist in preparing legal documentation, affidavits, petitions, and correspondence under the guidance of the Prepare concise summaries of legal discussions, court proceedings, and case updates.
Brief the Director on ongoing legal matters, action items, and important developments.
Perform any other legal coordination or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Management or Legal Counsel.
