Job Description

Initiate recovery proceedings under Section 13 by drafting and issuing demand notices to defaulting borrowers.
Handle possession actions under Section 13(4), including symbolic/physical possession of secured assets.
File and manage applications under Section 14 before District Magistrate/Chief Metropolitan Magistrate for assistance in asset possession.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and enforcement agencies to ensure smooth execution of recovery and compliance processes.
Maintain legal documentation and ensure compliance with the SARFAESI Act and related RBI guidelines.
