Job Title: Authorised Officer/Legal Associate

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month fixed

Qualification – LLB
Note – 5 years of experience is mandatory after LLB

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, and notices.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or opinions for management.

• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.

• Maintain organized records of legal files, contracts, and documentation.

• Assist in dispute resolution, arbitration, or litigation support activities.

• Provide guidance to internal teams on regulatory and compliance matters.

• Monitor changes in legislation relevant to the company’s operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB required).

• Prior experience in legal, compliance, or related fields preferred.

• Strong knowledge of legal drafting and documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High attention to detail and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information.

• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
