We are looking for a Legal Associate to join our team to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Attending NCLT Hearings and Matters: Representing the team in NCLT hearings & High Court and assisting in the legal proceedings related to company law matters.
Taking Detailed Notes: Documenting key points, discussions, and orders during NCLT hearings and meetings, ensuring accurate records for future reference.
Team and Head Updates: Keeping the team and senior leadership informed about the progress of NCLT matters, including key developments, changes, and next steps.
Other Legal Work: Assisting with a variety of legal tasks.
Briefing the Senior Leadership: Providing concise and thorough briefings to senior management on the status and developments in ongoing NCLT matters.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
