Wrencho – Mechanics in Motion is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive with 3 to 4 years of experience, particularly in Criminal and Corporate Law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all legal matters of the organization including compliance, documentation, legal advisory, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all legal correspondence and documentation related to corporate and criminal matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal notices.

• Represent the company in court or legal proceedings when required.

• Advise the management on regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with external legal advisors and law enforcement agencies.

• Maintain and organize legal records, case files, and documentation.

• Ensure the company’s operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.

• 3–4 years of relevant legal experience, with exposure to both criminal litigation and corporate law.

• Strong understanding of Indian laws and legal procedures.

• Excellent drafting, research, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive legal matters with confidentiality.
