Legal Associate

We are looking for someone who can work with Finvin Advisor as an Associate who will closely work with the distressed assets, NPA portfolios for the investment into debt

Provide Advisory services in Insolvency, Bankruptcy, and NPA resolution.

✔️ Assist with Acquisition of companies under IBC.

✔️ Guide investors on acquisitions of distress assets and legal matters.

✔️Understanding on Drafting, Vetting the agreements and legal documents

✔️ Offer consultancy to NBFCs to optimize NPA sales, pricing, and reduction strategies.

✔️knowledge on IBC and Sarfaesi Act

✔️Good to have understanding on verifying balance sheets (working capital, Liability, assets)
