Experience: 2–5 Years (Litigation)
Location: Delhi
Essential Skills & Capabilities:
• Excellent drafting, pleading, and legal research skills. • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). • Strong knowledge of Civil, Commercial, Constitutional, Municipal, Arbitration, Labour, Land acquisition, and Service Laws. • Ability to independently handle matters independently. • Experience in drafting Writ Petitions, Appeals, Written Statements, Counter Affidavits, Applications, Replies, Rejoinders, Written Submissions, Legal Opinions, and Notices. • Sound understanding of the CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, and other procedural laws. • Proficient in legal research using SCC Online, Manupatra, and other legal databases. • Well-versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF editing, e-filing procedures, and virtual hearing platforms.
• Ability to work under strict timelines with strong analytical, organizational, and case management skills. • Professional ethics, integrity, and excellent client communication are essential.
