Legal Associate

We are looking for a Senior Legal Associate to join our team at Destinme Private Limited to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹40000 along with professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts, agreements and company policies

• Ensure legal compliance with local and national laws

• Maintain legal records and files for internal reference

• Coordinate with legal counsel and external authorities

• Assist in case follow-ups and court documentation

• GST notices, Property-level complaints, Police/municipal/local compliance issues

• Support grievance resolution with property owners & guests, Maintain proper documentation trail for future audits.

Job Requirements:

Required Experience & Skill Set

LLB / LLM degree

5–8 years' experience in corporate, real estate, hospitality, or contract law

Excellent drafting expertise (mandatory)

Strong understanding of GST basics (advantage)

Good at negotiation, risk assessment, and compliance documentation

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced scaling environment
