Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team at Tax Avtaar to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and reply to Legal notices.
Coordinate with clients for required information and documents.
Assist in Income Tax assessments, scrutiny cases, and compliance matters.
Maintain case files and track notice deadlines.
Assist in case follow-ups and court documentation

Eligibility:

4th & 5th Year – B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B.
3rd Year – LL.B. (3 years program)
LL.M. Students
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Income Tax Portal and tax procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adherence to office timings (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
