- Candidate having experience of minimum 3-4 years in Property Due diligence for Banks and other Financial Institutions.

- Sound drafting skills, could be able to prepare Title Reports independently

- ⁠Understanding of various property documents in marathi and english.

- ⁠Knowledge of Land Laws in Maharashtra

- ⁠Knowledge of PMRDA, MIDC, Collector properties, other Leasehold & freehold lands
