Job Title: Legal Research Intern / Legal Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a Legal Research Intern / Associate to support our team in conducting legal research, drafting, and documentation. This position is ideal for final-year law students or recent law graduates who are eager to gain practical exposure in legal research, case analysis, and corporate/legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive legal research on various topics, case laws, and statutes.
Assist in preparing legal drafts, briefs, summaries, and reports.
Analyze and summarize judgments and relevant legal provisions.
Maintain organized documentation and reference materials.
Support the legal team in ongoing cases, audits, and projects as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Law students currently pursuing LL.B / B.A. LL.B / LL.M or fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
Basic knowledge of legal research tools such as Manupatra or SCC Online is preferred but not mandatory.
Training and guidance will be provided where necessary.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
