Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and knowledgeable Legal Executive / Legal Advisor to handle legal matters, documentation, compliance, and provide legal guidance related to the operations of an immigration consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle and review legal documentation related to immigration cases and company operations.
• Ensure that all documentation and processes comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide legal guidance to management and staff on immigration-related matters within the scope of the role.
• Review agreements, contracts, undertakings, declarations, notices, and other legal documents.
• Identify potential legal risks and advise management on appropriate action.
• Handle legal notices, disputes, complaints, and coordinate with external advocates/lawyers when required.
• Maintain proper records of legal documents, cases, notices, and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing replies to legal notices and official communications.
• Ensure that the company does not make misleading or legally non-compliant claims to clients.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for legal documentation and compliance requirements.
• Keep the management updated regarding important changes in applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information.
