Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand
Job Responsibilities
Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, legal notices, and company policies.
Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.
Maintain and organize legal documents, records, and case files.
Handle legal matters related to the Motor Vehicles Act (MV Act) and Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act).
Assist in case follow-ups, court documentation, and coordination with legal counsel.
Provide legal support and guidance to the management on day-to-day legal matters.
Job Requirements
Post Graduate qualification in Law / relevant legal field.
Bar Council Registration is mandatory.
6 months to 6 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of legal procedures, documentation, and terminology.
Good understanding of MV Act and NI Act.
Excellent communication, drafting, and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle legal matters confidentially.
Male candidate preferred.
