Job Description
- Drafting, vetting and reviewing legal documents
- Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters
- Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in an organization
JOB TITLE: LIAISONING OFFICER
Eligibility:
• Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in Liaisoning or willing to grow in this field
• BE Civil/ Diploma in Civil
• Architectural Draftsman (Related field preferred)
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with authorities to obtain permits and approvals
• Stay updated on government regulations
• Manage project documents, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Schedule and organize meetings and site visits with clients
• Track project progress and resolve any issues or delays
• Be the main contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Assist with administrative tasks like filing, scheduling, and record-keeping
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns or feedback
Requirements:
• Familiar with UDCPR, DCPR, rules, regulations, and government updates
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• May require flexible hours to meet project needs
