🚨 We’re Hiring | Patwari – Legal Documentation (Real Estate) 🚨

Barbarik Urban Green Pvt. Ltd. is expanding and looking for an experienced Patwari to support our land acquisition and legal documentation processes for real estate projects.

✨ Position: Patwari – Legal Documentation
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana
🕘 Employment Type: Full-Time
📊 Experience: 3–6 Years (preferred in real estate / land acquisition)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and verify land records such as Jamabandi, Khasra, Khatauni, and mutation documents.
Conduct land title verification and assist in due diligence.
Coordinate with Tehsil, Revenue Department, and government authorities.
Support legal documentation related to land acquisition and registration.
Perform site visits for land measurement and boundary verification.
Ensure compliance with local land laws and regulations.

✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Graduate in Law (LLB) or Commerce with 2-5 years’ experience in real estate legal documentation; knowledge of Haryana Revenue Code preferred.

Strong knowledge of revenue records and land documentation.
Experience in real estate or township projects.
Good liaison skills with government departments.
Detail-oriented with strong record management abilities.
