Legal Advisor

We are looking for a Senior Legal Advocate to join our legal team at Aditya Developer, based in Indore. This is an urgent full-time opportunity for experienced legal professionals with a background in real estate law and property matters.

✅ Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Drafting, reviewing & negotiating property-related agreements (sale, lease, JV, development, etc.)

Ensuring legal & regulatory compliance (RERA, land acquisition, zoning, etc.)

Litigation management & coordination with external legal counsel

Conducting due diligence and title verification for real estate assets

Providing legal advisory & risk management support

Managing property transactions & documentation

Handling dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration, settlement)

Maintaining legal records and documentation
