Job Description

Job Title: Title Review Lawyer – Real EstateWe are seeking an experienced Title Review Lawyer for real estate projects in Bangalore. The role involves conducting comprehensive title due diligence for residential and commercial developments, including verification of title documents, revenue records, encumbrance certificates, conversion orders, and land use approvals. The candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents such as Deeds of Convenience, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), Development Management (DM) Agreements, and other ancillary real estate documents for redevelopment and commercial projects. The role also includes advising on title risks, compliance issues, and mitigation strategies, as well as coordinating with internal teams, developers, and external stakeholders.Qualifications:LLB is mandatory; a Master’s degree in Law is preferred. Candidates should have strong experience in real estate title matters in Karnataka, excellent drafting skills, and a sound understanding of local land and revenue laws
