
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, and legal documents
Ensure compliance with company law, labor law, and regulatory requirements
Handle legal notices, litigation matters, and coordination with external advocates
Provide legal advice to management and departments
Maintain legal records and documentation
Support HR in disciplinary, compliance, and employee-related legal matters
Requirements:
LLB / LLM qualification
2–5 years of experience in corporate or company law
Good knowledge of labor laws, contracts, and compliance
Strong communication and drafting skills
Reporting To: Management / Compliance Head
