We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our team at Fabluxe Realty Private Limited to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40,000 - ₹80,000 along with professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend daily hearings, filing dates, and listing dates across Delhi District Courts (Saket, Tis Hazari, Patiala House, Karkardooma, Dwarka, Rohini) and Delhi High Court as required.
• Prepare concise, accurate case briefs, synopsis notes, and hearing summaries for senior counsel and the in-house legal team before every court date.
• Handle all court-related legwork: filing of applications, caveats, vakalatnamas, affidavits, certified copies, and process fee submissions.
• Track case status, next dates, and orders on e-Courts / DHCIS portals and maintain a real-time case tracker (Excel or CRM-based).
• Coordinate with court registry, filing counters, stamp vendors, notaries, and process servers to ensure zero delays in procedural compliance.
• Liaise with external advocates, co-counsels, and opposite-party counsel for adjournments, settlements, and joint applications.
• Collect certified copies of orders, judgments, and chargesheet documents; scan and upload to the shared drive on the same day.
• Draft basic legal notices, applications (bail, stay, interim relief, exemption), and replies under supervision of senior counsel.
• Keep the team informed of any urgent or unexpected developments in court proceedings via WhatsApp/phone in real time.
• Manage physical case files, ensure all documents are indexed, paginated, and court-ready at all times.
Briefing and Case Preparation
• Ability to read a case file end-to-end and distill it into a crisp 1-2 page brief covering facts, issues, current stage, and next steps.
• Summarize complex legal positions and court orders in plain language for non-lawyer stakeholders.
• Prepare a pre-hearing note the evening before every court date with relevant sections, precedents, and talking points flagged.
• Maintain a running brief log so that any team member picking up the file can get up to speed within 10 minutes.
Qualifications
• LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi (active enrollment certificate required).
• Minimum 5 years of continuous practice in Delhi District Courts and/or Delhi High Court.
• Working knowledge of CPC, CrPC / BNSS, IPC / BNS, Evidence Act / BSA, Specific Relief Act, RERA, Companies Act, and NCLT/NCLAT procedures.
• Comfortable with e-filing on Delhi District Courts and Delhi High Court portals.
Must-Have Attributes
• Street-smart and resourceful: knows the corridors, registry staff, and practical shortcuts at every Delhi court complex.
• Owns and rides a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for fast movement between courts and the office; valid DL required.
• Physically active and willing to be on feet all day, moving between courtrooms, filing counters, and notary offices.
• Reliable, punctual, and reachable by phone at all times during working hours.
• Strong spoken Hindi and English; able to converse fluently with judges, registry staff, clients, and counsel.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, e-Courts, and basic Excel for daily reporting.
• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive case files and client information.
• Problem-solver mindset: can navigate unexpected procedural hurdles without constant hand-holding.
Preferred (Good to Have)
• Prior experience in matters involving IPC/BNS (criminal), RERA (real estate), Companies Act/NCLT (insolvency), or civil property disputes.
• Familiarity with Allahabad High Court procedures is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with multiple advocates across different courts simultaneously.
• Exposure to drafting legal briefs for senior advocates or law firms.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
