Position: Junior Advocate Tax Litigation
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We assist clients with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other legal and taxation matters. Our firm offers a professional and supportive working environment where Junior Advocates can enhance their legal knowledge, develop practical skills, and gain experience in legal research, drafting, documentation, and litigation-related work.
Responsibilities
Analyse notices and orders, prepare chronologies and identify legal and procedural issues.
Research relevant provisions, notifications, circulars and judgments for the applicable period.
Draft replies, grounds of appeal, written submissions and supporting applications under supervision.
Prepare indexed evidence, hearing briefs and authorities; coordinate with external counsel.
Calculate and monitor litigation deadlines, obtaining independent verification by the Principal or another
advocate.
Assist with authorised filings and eligible appearances, preserving proof of filing.
Record hearing directions and prepare clear status updates and next actions.
Required Skills
• Good knowledge of GST & Income Tax.
• Basic knowledge of tax litigation and legal procedures.
• Good legal drafting and research skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Good MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to manage work accurately and confidentially.
• Good Knowledge of GST and Income Tax.
