Job Description

We are looking for a Jr. Advocate to join our team Sunilraja Nadar and Associate to manage legal documentation, Title Search related documents reviews, prepare Due Diligence Report and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary along with professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review contracts, agreements and company policies
Ensure legal compliance with local and national laws
Maintain legal records and files for internal reference
Coordinate with legal counsel and external authorities
Assist in case follow-ups and court documentation
Drafting of Title Search Report, etc.

Job Requirements:

Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Good Commercial Understanding and analytical abilities.
