Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and vet legal documents including:
Deemed Conveyance Applications
Conveyance Deeds
Sale Deeds
Development Agreements
Legal Notices
Affidavits
Indemnity Bonds
Declarations
Power of Attorney
Agreements and other legal documents as required.
Prepare and scrutinize documents required for Cooperative Housing Society Formation.
Handle documentation and legal compliance relating to Deemed Conveyance matters.
Prepare applications, replies, written submissions, and supporting documents for various authorities.
Conduct legal research on property laws, Cooperative Society laws, and applicable government regulations.
Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Offices, Cooperative Department, Revenue Authorities, Municipal Authorities, and other Government Offices.
Verify property-related documents including Title Documents, Index-II, Property Cards, 7/12 Extracts, NA Orders, Building Plans, Occupation Certificates, and other statutory records.
Attend hearings, meetings, and legal proceedings before competent authorities whenever assigned.
Assist Senior Advocates in litigation and non-litigation matters.
Coordinate with clients for collection of legal documents and provide regular case updates.
Maintain case files, legal records, and document trackers.
Ensure timely completion of assigned legal work and adherence to internal timelines.
Perform any other legal assignments entrusted by the management.
Eligibility
LL.B. degree from a recognized University.
Enrolled with the Bar Council of India/State Bar Council (preferred).
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience may apply.
Experience in Property Law, Cooperative Housing Society matters, Conveyancing, or Documentation will be an added advantage.
