Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate at our Pitampura, Delhi office. The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting contracts and documents, preparing case briefs, and liaising with clients to address legal inquiries. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members on ongoing cases and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Legal Research and Drafting skills
Strong Written Communication and Documentation abilities
Problem-solving and Analytical thinking
Knowledge of Corporate Law and Regulatory Compliance
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification or pursuing L.L.B.
Membership with the Bar Council of a recognized jurisdiction (preferred)
