Education & Licensing
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B ) from a recognized institution.
Enrolled in the State Bar Association.
Additional certifications in litigation, arbitration, or legal drafting are an advantage.
2. Experience
1–5+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation (civil, commercial, criminal, corporate, or relevant specialization).
Proven experience handling cases at trial courts, appellate courts, or tribunals.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage case files and court procedures.
3. Core Litigation Skills
Strong research and legal analysis skills.
Drafting and reviewing pleadings, written submissions, notices, affidavits, and contracts.
Ability to prepare case strategies and assess legal risks.
Experience with evidence preparation, discovery, and brief drafting for senior counsel.
Ability to appear before courts/tribunals and conduct hearings where required.
4. Knowledge Requirements
In-depth understanding of procedural laws.
Familiarity with commercial, contractual, corporate, or civil litigation frameworks.
Knowledge of court filing systems (physical and e-filing).
5. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent oral and written communication.
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
Ability to collaborate with senior lawyers, clients, and internal teams.
Professional demeanor and ability to work under tight deadlines.
6. Additional Competencies
