Junior Advocate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Advocate to assist in day-to-day legal practice, court work, drafting, and client handling under the guidance of a Senior Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting of plaints, written statements, affidavits, petitions, notices, and replies

• Court appearances in Civil, Criminal, Family, and Consumer matters

• Case filing, scrutiny, and follow-ups in courts and tribunals

• Legal research and preparation of case notes

• Assisting senior advocates during arguments and hearings

• Client interaction and case updates

• Maintaining case files and court records

Eligibility Criteria:

• LL.B graduate (3-year or 5-year course)

• Enrolled with State Bar Council

• Basic knowledge of court procedures and legal drafting

• Good command over English & Telugu (Hindi is an advantage)

• Willingness to learn and handle responsibilities

Skills Required:

• Drafting & research skills

• Court etiquette and professionalism

• Time management

• Communication and client-handling skills
