Legal Drafting: Draft, review, and edit a wide variety of legal documents, including but not limited to plaints, written statements, affidavits, writ petitions, appeals, contracts, and settlement deeds.
Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents to build strong case strategies and provide actionable legal advice.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their legal needs, explain complex legal terms, and advise them on the best course of action.
Litigation Support: Assist senior counsel or lead attorneys during court proceedings, trials, and negotiations by organizing case files and preparing briefs.
Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all drafted agreements and business practices comply with relevant local, state, and national
