📍 Location: Narnaul, Haryana

हमारी Infra Engineering Firm के लिए एक अनुभवी एवं जिम्मेदार Office Executive / Documentation & Coordination Executive की आवश्यकता है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Job Responsibilities):

✅ सरकारी विभागों (PWD, NHAI, Irrigation, PHED आदि) के नोटिस, पत्र एवं ईमेल को समझना और उनके उत्तर (Reply) तैयार करना।
✅ विभागीय फाइलों एवं डॉक्यूमेंटेशन का सही तरीके से प्रबंधन करना।
✅ बैंकिंग प्रक्रियाओं की अच्छी जानकारी (Bank Guarantee, Performance Bank Guarantee, EMD, DD, LC, RTGS/NEFT आदि)।
✅ क्लाइंट, विभाग एवं बैंक अधिकारियों के साथ प्रभावी समन्वय (Coordination)।
✅ ऑफिस डॉक्यूमेंटेशन, पत्राचार एवं रिकॉर्ड मैनेजमेंट।
✅ आवश्यकता अनुसार रिपोर्ट एवं अन्य आधिकारिक दस्तावेज तैयार करना।

योग्यता (Eligibility):

✔️ Communication Skills बहुत अच्छी होनी चाहिए (Hindi & English)।
✔️ विभागीय नोटिस एवं सरकारी पत्रों की समझ होनी चाहिए।
✔️ Reply Drafting एवं File Management का अनुभव।
✔️ Banking एवं Finance Processes की अच्छी जानकारी।
✔️ MS Word, Excel एवं Email का अच्छा ज्ञान।
✔️ Infra Engineering / Construction Company में कार्य का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
