Job Description

Draft, review and negotiate agreements, contracts, MoUs, NDAs, vendor agreements and other legal documents.

Provide legal advice to management and various departments on business and operational matters.

Handle and monitor litigation, arbitration, notices and legal disputes.

Coordinate with external advocates, law firms and government authorities.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Conduct legal research and provide opinions on relevant legal issues.

Review statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the company.

Manage legal notices, replies, pleadings and other court-related documentation.

Identify potential legal risks and suggest appropriate risk-mitigation measures.

Maintain proper records of contracts, litigation matters and legal documents.

Support the company in corporate, employment, commercial and regulatory legal matters.

Assist in legal due diligence whenever required.
