Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager – Real Estate to handle legal, compliance, and documentation aspects related to real estate projects. The role involves managing land due diligence, agreements, regulatory approvals, and ensuring compliance with RERA and property laws.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct title search & land due diligence (ownership verification, encumbrance check)

Draft and review Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Development Agreements, Joint Venture (JV) Agreements

Ensure compliance with RERA, local land laws, and municipal regulations

Coordinate for project approvals with government authorities

Handle property registration, stamp duty, and documentation

Manage legal notices, disputes, and litigation related to land/property

Liaise with external lawyers, consultants, and government officials

Support acquisition and land aggregation activities

Maintain legal records and documentation for all projects

Advise management on legal risks in property transactions

Required Qualifications

LLB / LLM from a recognized university

Strong experience in Real Estate Legal Work

Knowledge of RERA, land acquisition laws, and property documentation

Key Skills

Property law & land due diligence

Contract drafting & negotiation

Regulatory compliance (RERA)

Litigation management

Strong coordination & communication skills

Preferred Experience

Experience with Real Estate Developers / Builders / Construction Companies

Exposure to commercial & residential projects

Salary Range

₹6 LPA – ₹15 LPA (depending on experience)
