Corporate Lawyer

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Executive with hands-on experience in legal drafting, company incorporation, and statutory registrations. The candidate will handle end-to-end compliance for Private Limited Companies, LLPs, GST registrations, and related legal documentation while coordinating with clients and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Drafting

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including:

  • MOA, AOA, LLP Agreements

  • Partnership Deeds

  • Board Resolutions & Shareholder Resolutions

  • Agreements, affidavits, declarations, and notices

• Ensure documents comply with applicable laws and regulations

Company Registration & Compliance

• Incorporation of Private Limited Companies and LLPs

• Handle filings with MCA (ROC) including SPICe+, DIR-3, INC forms, LLP forms

• Manage post-incorporation compliances (PAN, TAN, bank account support, etc.)

• Maintain statutory registers and records

GST & Other Registrations

• GST registration, amendment, cancellation, and compliance support

• Assistance with GST returns and coordination with accounts team

• Other registrations as required (MSME, Shops & Establishment, etc.)

Client & Authority Coordination

• Liaise with clients for document collection and compliance updates

• Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and professionals

• Track timelines and ensure timely filings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Company Secretary (CS – Inter / Executive) preferred

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in legal drafting and corporate compliance

• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, LLP Act, and GST laws

• Familiarity with MCA and GST portals

• Good drafting, communication, and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• It is a Full Time Legal job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
