🚀 We Are Hiring: Assistant Manager – Statutory Compliance
📍 Location: Noida, Sector 136 (Work From Office)
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Statutory Compliance to lead our compliance operations team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in statutory filings, experience in leading teams, and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely filing of PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF challans and returns.
Review payroll/statutory data and verify compliance with relevant labour laws.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the compliance team; monitor task completion and resolve escalations.
Manage client communication, handle queries, and conduct review and coordination calls.
Maintain statutory registers, compliance trackers, and audit-related documentation.
Handle government inspections, notices, and coordination with labour & ESIC/PF departments.
Track changes in legislation and implement necessary changes in compliance workflows.
Collaborate closely with HR & Payroll teams for seamless compliance processing.
Requirements
4–7 years of core experience in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT & LWF).
Experience in handling a team and coordinating with multiple clients.
Strong working knowledge of EPFO, ESIC, and State PT/LWF portals.
Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: As per experience and industry standards
