•Key Responsibilities•
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
Prepare, review, and maintain legal and compliance documentation
Handle statutory compliances related to ROC, labour laws, and company policies
Coordinate with internal teams and external legal consultants
Track legal and regulatory updates and evaluate their impact on the business
Assist in compliance audits and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Law (LLB) / Company Secretary (CS) / or related qualification
Experience in legal compliance or corporate legal roles preferred (freshers may apply)
Basic knowledge of Indian corporate and labour laws
Strong communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and compliance-related tools
