Key Responsibilities:
Statutory & Regulatory Compliances
Handling and regularizing routine compliances under the Companies Act, 2013
Managing compliances related to Charitable Trusts, where applicable
Maintaining statutory registers and company records
Filing of forms, returns, and documents with ROC and other authorities
NBFC & RBI Compliances
Maintaining and updating NBFC records
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with RBI regulations and guidelines
Periodic compliance checks and reporting
Legal & Secretarial Support
Supporting legal activities and documentation
Assisting management in decision-making from a Companies Act and regulatory perspective
Drafting resolutions, notices, minutes, and compliance-related documents
Records & Governance
Updating and maintaining corporate records and registers
Ensuring adherence to corporate governance best practices
Required Skill Sets:
CS with Certificate of Practice from ICSI
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013
Working knowledge of NBFC and RBI compliances
Experience in statutory filings and record maintenance
Good communication, documentation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and handle compliance responsibilities
