Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.

• Support in preparing and maintaining secretarial records, registers, and minutes of board and general meetings.

• Assist in drafting notices, agendas, resolutions, and official correspondences.

• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.

• Help in filing e-forms and other necessary documents with MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs).

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all secretarial documentation.

• Stay updated with changes in corporate and legal regulations.

  Skills & Attributes:

• Strong understanding of company law and corporate governance principles.

• Good drafting and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately.

• Proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn.

• Proficiency in MS Office and online filing portals (MCA, ROC, etc.
