Understand and interpret international Tech/Cloud Outsourcing regulations (ESMA, EBA, EIOPA, DORA, EU AI Act, GDPR, DPDP Act, etc.) and apply them to contracts. Review new cloud and technology deployment requests, coordinate with TRAO and Local Compliance on regulatory notifications and applicability assessments, and support Cloud Regulatory Forum processes.
