  • Knowledge of Deemed Conveyance, Conveyance Deed, property documentation, Stamp Duty, and registration procedures.

  • Experience in handling Conveyance Deed registration will be preferred.

  • Good legal drafting and documentation skills.

  • Ability to coordinate with clients and government authorities.

  • Willingness to travel for registration and government office-related work.
