Job Description:

- Candidate having experience of minimum 3-4 years in Property Due diligence for Banks and Financial Institutions.

- Sound drafting skills, should be able to prepare Title Verification Reports, Vetting reports, independently.

- ⁠Fair understanding and knowledge of Land Laws in Maharashtra.

- ⁠Reading and Understanding of various property documents in marathi and english.

- ⁠Knowledge of PMRDA, MIDC, Cantonment, Collector properties, other Leasehold & freehold lands.

- ⁠Should be able to handle client queries on call.
