We are seeking an Advocate – GST Compliance & Litigation to manage GST returns, reconciliations, notices, and legal proceedings. Responsibilities include analysing Show Cause Notices, drafting replies and appeals, conducting legal research, preparing submissions, representing clients before GST authorities, and tracking statutory deadlines. Candidates must hold an LL.B., possess practical knowledge of GST laws and procedures, strong legal drafting and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and the GST portal.
