Part Time
We are looking for a Advocate to join our team at Tusker Wallcoverings to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 (can be higher depending on work) along with professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and vet customer, vendor, employee, and business agreements.
Provide legal advice on business operations and risk management.
Handle legal notices, disputes, and payment recovery matters.
Ensure legal documentation and compliance records are maintained.
Coordinate with management on employment, commercial, and contractual matters.
Represent the company before legal authorities and courts, when required.
Liaise with external consultants such as Chartered Accountants on legal matters related to the business.
Key Requirements:
LLB degree with relevant experience in commercial/business law.
Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
Strong knowledge of employment, contract, and commercial laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal drafting skills.
Ability to work independently on a part-time or retainer basis.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
