Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Executive with a good understanding of legal matters, legal drafting, documentation, and compliance to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and edit legal notices, agreements, contracts, letters, undertakings, and other legal documents.
Review legal documents and identify potential risks, discrepancies, and compliance issues.
Conduct legal research and assist in interpreting applicable laws and regulations.
Handle legal documentation, maintain records, and track important deadlines.
Assist in preparing responses to legal notices and other legal correspondence.
Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and internal departments.
Support the company in corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, and dispute management.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal documents and information.
Requirements
LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
1.5–2 years of relevant experience in legal drafting and documentation.
Good knowledge of legal procedures, contracts, and applicable laws.
Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Experience in insurance or financial services will be an added advantage.
