Job Description

We are looking for a Advocate to join our team at Society Rights to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹21,000 along with professional growth.

Job Description – Legal Executive (Civil & Property Matters)

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and preparation of Conveyance Deeds and handling Deemed Conveyance cases up to filing stage
Managing documentation and coordination for Society Formation work
Handling office work as well as coordination with government offices such as DDR (District Deputy Registrar)
Data entry and maintenance of legal records and documentation
Preparation and processing of DHC challans and related compliance documents
Verification and scrutiny of property documents, agreements, and title-related papers
Conducting thorough checks of all legal files before submission
Assisting in civil matter documentation and having working knowledge of property and civil laws

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
