• Handle matters related to conveyance deeds, deemed conveyance, society formation, and society registration.

• Draft and review legal documents, including applications, affidavits, and agreements.

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case documentation.

• Assist clients in understanding the legal process and providing appropriate legal advice.

• Liaise with government departments, legal consultants, and registrars as required.

• Ensure compliance with Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act and other applicable laws.

• Maintain and manage case files, hearing dates, and follow-up actions.
