A well-established legal office at New Delhi requires a competent and experienced Advocate for long-term professional association.

Minimum 5+ years of Civil Litigation, NCLT / Company Law Matters, Criminal Matters

relevant court experience, Excellent command over English drafting, Proven ability to independently draft: Writ Petitions, Civil Suits, Applications / I.As, Rejoinders / Replies, Criminal Petitions including Quashing

Sound knowledge of procedural and substantive law, Ability to work independently and responsibly. Delhi Practice must
